What size tank do I need?
For many families, 2500L is a strong starting point, but the right size depends on household usage, outage duration, and whether the system is backup-only or more fully integrated.
How long does installation take?
Many standard residential systems are installed, tested, and ready within 1 to 2 days, depending on base preparation and site access.
Does the pump make noise?
Modern variable-speed pumps are much quieter than older units. We also consider mounting position and can advise on noise-sensitive layouts.
Is the water safe to drink?
Municipal backup water is generally safe. Rainwater systems often need more filtration, and potable confidence may call for UV treatment depending on the design.
Do you supply the tank or can I use my own?
We can supply the full system as a turn-key installation, or install a customer-supplied tank where the specification and condition make sense.
Can I add filtration later?
Yes. Many systems are staged so the household can start with core backup and upgrade to filtration or harvesting later.
Do you offer maintenance?
